Certification
In order for an embedded
key processing component, or a system comprised of such components, to be certified, and thus licensed to carry the PrivakeyTM
designation, it must be proved to be
- secure
- interoperable with other certified
systems
The President of the Council, acting at the direction of the Board,
shall determine whether a candidate component or system meets the
specifications and is thus entitled to carry the
PrivakeyTM
designation.
